IMPORTANCE OF EATING HEALTHY FOOD
Food , to an oversized extent,defines our life . It determines our mood, behavior,and directs us towards specific actions, within the wake of such chronic health problems as diabetes and cancer,it’s incumbent upon individual consumers to concern themselves with what they eat. This explanations on why we wish to eat healthy food. Thus many folks believe that they’re healthy simply because they’re skinny, simply because an individual is skinny doesn’t make him or her healthy eating healthy. Being healthy encompass eating proper food for a person’s body.the quantity of benefit that we receiver’s could be a lot and good for our body and to stay healthy.
HEALTH is the biggest wealth. It helps us to enjoy all the little thing’s in life. If one is not healthy they fail to feel happy. Being unhappy can impact the health of people around us. In order to be truly healthy one must eat well, sleep on the time and wake up early. Staying fit by exercising daily also helps to keep ones health in proper check.
HEALTHY FOOD is one that doesn’t cause short term or long term health problems to the user,it should neither be contaminated nor have injurious content. Eating vegetables and fruits in large quantities helps to scale back the chance of developing chronic diseases like diabetes. Vegetables, for example provide nutrients needed maintaining healthcare.
Healthy foods are foods that fill up our stomach and provide us with energy.

Vegetables are very healthy foods for our bodies.

We should eat food that has vitamins and minerals,and avoid junk food. Healthy foods keep our bodies disease free.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN HEALTHY FOOD? Healthy food is very important factor in Healthy lifestyle. We can chose food by ourselves. But the daily menu should include meat, fruit and vegetables,milk product which are rich in vitamins and proteins.
MAKE BREAKFAST A PRIORITY: No matter the rush to go work or school,never neglect the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is essential to getting the body ready for the long day .Start your day with some simple breakfast to rejuvenate your system after the night long fast. This way you’d give your immune system a boost, strengthen your brain. Hydrate your system, aid digestion and relieved stress. Studies indicate that when you skip Breakfast, you are more likely to make unplanned and irrational decisions. What more eating a breakfast based on wholegrain cereal or bread,low fat milk or yogurt and maybe some fruit or vegetables will have you healthy and shedding that extra weight. Now ,image missing all that steaming tea,yummy baked muffins and fresh strawberries for breakfast.

A NUTRIENTS, well balanced diet along with physical activity and refraining from smoking; is the foundation of good health. Healthy eating include consuming high quality of proteins, carbohydrates,heart healthy fats, vitamins, Minerals and water in the foods you take in while minimizing processed foods, saturated fats and alcohol. Eating in this manner helps you maintain your body’s everyday functions promotes optimal body weight and can assist in disease prevention.

IMPROVE SKIN HEALTH; unhealthy oily junk food leads to breakouts and ance.the key to getting healthy skin is drinking water,green tea, coconut water and eating fruits, vegetables, fatty fish, nuts,seeds and whole grains ; Consume foods loaded with the vitamin A, C, D and E and omega 3 fatty acid,and avoid trans fats and sugary foods. Also maintain good hygiene and you will start seeing an improvement in your skin.

IMPROVES SLEEP QUALITY; healthy eating also improve sleep quantity . Late night snacking on junk food or ice cream,having dinner at an odd time,and consuming oily and heavy foods disrupt the normal biological cycle. This increases the chances of obesity and metabolic syndrome. It leads to poor digestion and concentration and leaves you feeling uneasy. Eating healthy and at least Three hours before you go to the bed aids digestion, lower stress and helps you get sound asleep.
